Estimates, not guarantees
Every figure D2C Profit's calculators produce — contribution profit, break-even ROAS, maximum CAC, and everything else — is a modeled estimate based on the inputs you provide. It is not a guaranteed outcome. Your actual results will differ based on factors the calculators can't see: your specific agreements with couriers and marketplaces, promotional pricing, seasonal demand shifts, and more.
Not professional advice
Nothing on D2C Profit is financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Before making pricing, inventory, or financial decisions for your business, consult a qualified professional (a CA, tax advisor, or financial consultant) who can account for your specific circumstances.
Marketplace fees, GST and shipping rates change
Marketplace commission rates, closing fees, GST slabs, and shipping/RTO benchmarks used as calculator defaults are sourced and dated — each one shows the date it was last verified directly in the calculator's "advanced settings". These rates change over time and can vary by seller agreement, category, and promotional period. Always verify against your own seller dashboard, GST filings, and courier contracts before relying on a number.
Your decisions are your own
D2C Profit does not take any action on your behalf — it only calculates numbers from the inputs you provide. Decisions you make using those numbers, and their consequences, are entirely your own responsibility.
Accuracy of third-party information
Where a calculator references a third party's published fee structure (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or GST rate schedules), we've sourced it as carefully as we can, but we don't control and can't guarantee the current accuracy of any third-party rate, policy, or structure.
