Privacy Policy

D2C Profit (d2cprofit.in) provides free calculators that help D2C and marketplace sellers in India estimate their real profitability. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why, and what choices you have about it.

Calculator inputs. Every number you type into a calculator — selling price, product cost, RTO rate, and so on — is processed entirely in your browser. We do not transmit, store, or have any visibility into the inputs or results of any calculator you use.

Information you choose to give us. If you submit your email address through a "get new calculators & guides" signup form, we store that email address so we can send you occasional updates. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Usage analytics. Once enabled, we use privacy-respecting analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand which pages and calculators are useful, how visitors navigate the site, and where things break. This can include your approximate location (derived from IP address, not precise GPS), device and browser type, and the pages you visit. These tools are not active until we configure them with a live account — see "Third-party services" below.

The calculators themselves do not set any cookies. If and when analytics is enabled (see above), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may set their own cookies to distinguish returning visitors and measure usage. You can block or clear these at any time through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use any calculator.

Fonts on this site are self-hosted (bundled at build time), not loaded live from Google's servers, so no data is sent to a third party for font delivery.

We use the information above only to operate and improve D2C Profit, respond to signups, and understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to running this site.

We use or plan to use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics — usage analytics
• Microsoft Clarity — usage analytics and session recordings
• Google Search Console — search performance monitoring (no visitor data)

We keep a submitted email address until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention policy (currently Google Analytics' and Microsoft Clarity's default windows, since we haven't configured custom retention settings).

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time — email hello@d2cprofit.in. If you're in India, this is consistent with your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you're elsewhere (e.g. the EU/UK), equivalent rights under GDPR-style law apply to the extent it covers you.

D2C Profit is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
