Meesho Profit Calculator
"0% commission" is Meesho's headline, not the full cost. Shipping, reverse logistics on RTO/returns, and COD handling still apply on every order — this calculator counts all of it and flags the moment your price stops being profitable, not just the number itself.

Product accounts for ₹1,43,075 of your monthly costs — the largest single category.
Reducing RTO from 12% to 7% could improve estimated monthly contribution profit by ₹15,580.
We model your full order funnel — cancellations, then RTO, then returns — before counting any revenue. Product cost, marketplace commission and GST are only charged on orders that actually sold through (Realized units); packaging and forward shipping are charged on everything you dispatch, including orders that come back. Contribution Profit excludes fixed overhead; Operating Profit includes it.

Verified 2026-10-20 · 0% commission across all categories, consistent since 2021. Meesho's IPO prospectus confirms this directly and states the revenue model is fulfilment + advertising (Meesho Ads CPC) + data/financial services, not commission — not just seller-forum consensus.
Verified 2026-10-20 · Readymade garments at or under ₹2,500/piece. Threshold was ₹1,000 before the Sept 2025 GST 2.0 rationalisation.
All figures are modeled estimates. Actual marketplace fees, GST treatment and shipping rates vary by seller agreement and change over time — verify against your own seller dashboard before making pricing decisions.
The same ₹1,299 apparel item as the Amazon and Flipkart worked examples, using Meesho's own real shipping and RTO cost structure instead of generic courier rates — reverse shipping runs notably higher here.

If Meesho has no commission, how does it make money?
From fulfilment (shipping), advertising (Meesho Ads), and data/financial services — confirmed directly in Meesho's own IPO prospectus. The shipping and reverse-logistics fees in this calculator are real costs you pay even though commission is 0%.
Why is reverse shipping so much higher on Meesho than the generic rate?
Meesho's RTO/reverse-logistics charge is system-generated in the Supplier Panel and currently runs higher than typical third-party courier reverse rates — it's one of the largest platform-specific costs a Meesho seller absorbs, which is exactly why this calculator models it separately instead of reusing a generic shipping number.
What triggers the unprofitable-price warning?
It appears the moment your estimated contribution profit goes negative at your current price and cost inputs — a direct signal to raise price, cut costs, or fix RTO before spending more on ads for this product.
